Paper Choices and Acrylic Finishes

Acrylic Prints start with your choice of a Lustre or Metallic print on fine art inkjet paper. Lustre features a smooth finish with natural color, and Metallic gives a subtle iridescent glow to your images. Behind the acrylic, both yield vibrant colors and excellent results for portraits or landscapes.

One of the things we love about Acrylic Prints is their highly polished, sleek look, and that highly reflective surface which adds depth to your color range. If you want to display your print in a room with intense light or prefer a softer look, you might want to opt for our Non-Glare option that minimizes reflections.

The Buildup to Gallery Presentation

You can choose between 2 thicknesses of Acrylic - ⅛” or ¼”. With either thickness, you’re adding physical dimension to your print, enhancing the 3D look.  

Your Acrylic Print can be finished with either an opaque white backing for a light and clean presentation, or an Aluminum Composite (ACM) backing.

ACM is rigid black styrene sandwiched between two thin aluminum sheets. It offers more protection, dimension, and weight to your Acrylic piece for a substantial feel. 

Choose to hang your Acrylic Print with either a French Cleat or Stainless Posts in 2 sizes. Our French Cleat Hanger is optimal for a seamless look on the front, and a safe, stable way to install on the back. Stainless Posts add a stylized, modern look and feel to your print, with a secure way to mount it to the wall. Both options set the print away from the wall for a “float” effect. The French Cleat floats your image ¾” from the wall and the Stainless posts float your image 1" from the wall.
